Every olive in this limited harvest was grown on our own property. Approximately 40% of the olives came from our remarkable 1,000-year-old tree- the very tree featured in the Pylian Estates logo. We can even share the exact map pin for the grove where your oil began.

On October 19th, our Koroneiki olives went from harvest to pressing in just 5½ hours. The result is vivid, bright-green, completely unfiltered extra virgin olive oil fresh from the grove, with all the character of the new harvest. Jammed full of its natural polyphenols with a whopping punch of Oleocanthal!!
