From the Tageytos Mountains between Kalamata and Sparta this unique honey has been shown to have the strongest antioxidant activity of any honey. As with other tree honeys it is lower in sugar and moisture which resists crystallization. Darker in color with a deep and very pleasant flavor it is great for any use.
